Being Away management package

When you are away it is of highly importance to have professionals who you can thrust caring for your home in Bulgaria. We would like to give you total peace of mind knowing that your Bulgarian investment is safe and cared for to a high standard in your absence. You shall receive regular feed-back and have enough time to take the relevant actions. For this service we will carry out the following:

Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents
Monthly Property inspection, when unoccupied and checking for any damages
Sending photos with the snags if required and any and up to date report about the property condition
Ventilating the property
All areas of property checked over, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Terraces etc.
Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action

Check of lighting, plumbing, humidity, pest control, electrical check, boiler check
Advice about any necessary repairs to maintain the property in pristine condition
Ensure all appliances are in working order
Take care of indoor plants
Arranging cleaning once a year, included in the price of the package
Pay the monthly bills for electricity, water and telephone
Collect mail to leave inside property or re-post to an address of your choice
Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.

The cost of the package is for 1 year with small initial fee.
Studio – 220 Euro
One bedroom apartment – 230 Euro
Two bedroom apartment - 250 Euro
Prices do not include VAT 20%
