Winter Being Away management package Most of the snags in properties occur exactly in winter period. The package which we offer you is the same as Being Away but is valid for 6 months – from December till June. When you come for a holiday in the summer you do not wish to spend time arranging problems, paying bills and cleaning instead of enjoying Bulgarian sunshine and relaxing. We shall make all necessary instead of you when is the right time.

Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents

Advice about any necessary repairs to maintain the property in pristine condition

Collect mail to leave inside property or re-post to an address of your choice

Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.
The cost of the package is for 6 months
Studio – 110 Euro
One bedroom apartment – 115 Euro
Two bedroom apartment - 125 Euro
Prices do not include VAT 20%
