You will come to visit your property for a holiday or weekends, but doyou really want to spend time cleaning instead of relaxing and enjoying yourself? This package includes all set up services before your or your guests arrival and after your or their departure.
On Arrival
- your property will be waiting for you cleaned and aired
- beds will be made up
- all towels and linen will be freshly laundered
- air-conditioning or heating will be on
- water will be hot, ready for your relaxing bath or shower
- electrical appliances will have been checked before and ready for use upon your arrival
- welcome package of necessary groceries and toiletries will be waiting for you (upon request)
- your property will be generally cleaned
- all towels and linen be collected and laundered
- we will check to be sure that all electrical appliances have been switched off
- final check will be given to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked
On departure
Studio – 40 Euro
One bedroom apartment – 50 Euro
Two bedroom apartment - 55 Euro
Prices do not include VAT 20%
